What is Antipodes®?
Antipodes® is certified organic skincare and natural skincare featuring premium avocado oil and bioactive New Zealand plant extracts.

How many of your products are certified organic?
Currently eight products have certified organic status. They all meet strict international criteria for organic certification under AsureQuality, a government owned regulatory body. It is extremely challenging to create certified organic products. We take the trouble to because they're superior in purity, function and efficacy: not for the sake of marketing, nor to say made with organic ingredients. Our organic products are either certified organic, or premium natural.

What about your other products?
Our premium natural products are very clean and pure, using high quality raw materials with low or no residue component.

Where are you located?
We're in Wellington, the creative capital of beautiful New Zealand which is the source of most of our ingredients and inspiration for Antipodes®.

Where is Antipodes® manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in Auckland, New Zealand. We work closely with cosmetic chemists to create each and every Antipodes® product. The formulation procedure is highly focused, as creating perfect organic products is extremely challenging.

What about slight variations in your product formulations?
As nature is constantly in flux, you may notice minor changes to products between batches. These are caused by seasonal and other fluctuations in our raw ingredients, so you can take these variations as a positive sign of our commitment to using only pure, non-refined ingredients!

Do you test on animals?
No! We never, ever test our skincare on animals. However we do undertake rigorous laboratory testing - with some exciting clinical results - as we're deeply committed to creating genuinely effective skincare. All our products have international vegetarian approval.

What type of fragrances do you use?
We use pure essential oil fragrances blended in France, and sourced from the best quality plants available.

Is Organic Divine Face Oil suited to oily skin?
Yes. Natural oils will help balance and regulate your own sebum production, so our ORGANIC Divine Face Oil is perfect for this skin condition.

How do I use Organic Divine Face Oil?
ORGANIC Divine Face Oil is a nutrient-rich, daytime oil perfect for deeply moisturizing the skin. Use it on its own, or underneath your favorite Antipodes® moisturizer.

Will my skin change when using Antipodes®?
Yes, most likely, and in a very positive way! We receive a huge number of accolades from happy clients, who have found their skin has improved dramatically since switching to our beauty brand.

In what sort of ways will my change?
Read some of the testimonials from our many devotees around the world. Your skin will love you for making the change to Antipodes®! Be aware that spots or breakouts may occur when making the transition to natural products, or when changing brands. Skin may look or feel different while adjusting to premium natural ingredients, and undergoing the necessary detoxification process. These effects will subside within a short period of time.

How can I try before I buy?
We supply testers across the range in our retail outlets so you can experience our products before you purchase, as we do not offer refunds for dislike of fragrance or texture.

What if I find the product is not suited to my skin?
Of course we will exchange or refund for genuine reasons, if you and your retailer can see that a product is not suited to your skin condition. Please remember that patch testing is required before using any product. We carry that reminder on our labels.

Are your products suited to sensitive skin?
While sensitivities or mild reactions to ingredients are rare, they can occur. We have two products that are specifically suited to sensitive skin. These products are dermatologically-tested as being low primary irritants:

Many of our other products will suit sensitive skin. We find that people are unaware of the exact components of an ingredient that cause their skin to be sensitive. Remember that your skin will be more sensitive during hormonal fluctuations, pregnancy, menopause, and during winter-time. We recommend extra caution during these periods, and patch-testing all products; including those that you use regularly.

Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, our aluminum tubes and glass bottles are fully recyclable. Plus our boxes are made from 100% biodegradable card from sustainable forests.
